Cinema owners already know that the first years of the new decade will be better than the 2009th That's because a handful of 'Roman century films and that a number of prominent instructors come with new movies.
Danish film did not sell many tickets in 2009, which in the film industry was seen as the inevitable result of the inroads which the entire three Stieg Larsson Cinema adaptations made in the year audience.
'Men Who Hate Women "and its two sequels were many Danes total consumption of cinema tickets, and in spite of' Men ... 'had a Danish director (Niels Arden Experience), the film is not Danish, but Swedish.
The three films by Stieg Larsson's best sellers has tentatively put together over 2.2 million spectators in Danish cinemas, and the figure continues to rise. In total there are 2.5 million tickets sold to the Danish film, which is the lowest figure since 2000. The total number of cinema visits were, however nicely, aided by the aforementioned Larsson Adapted Screenplay.

But the new year will be far better for the Danish-language films. This is partly because there are several well-known Danish directors who come with new movies. Second, there are a handful of twos and threes - the 'Roman century films - on the road in popular series such as "My sister's children."
"We can already predict that 2010 will be a good biografår the Danish film," concludes Kim Pedersen, who is director of the association Danish cinemas.

Christoffer Boe: "Everything becomes good again." Jens Albinus plays a filmmaker who is fleeing motorist because he would not allow his forthcoming film of the steering. Premiere 28thJanuary
Nicolo Donato: 'Brotherhood' Thure Lindhardt plays a military man who leaves the army and becomes attracted to a neo-Nazi movement. Here he falls in love and start a relationship with a contemporary man (Nicholas Bro). Premiere 8th April.
Kaspar Holten: 'Juan'. Opera chief's debut film is based on the opera 'Don Giovanni' Premiere 1st May
Louise n.d. Friedberg 'experiment'. A true story of Denmark's attempts to raise forced Greenlandic children in the 1950s. Rikke de Fine Licht and director have worked Tine Bryld book about Greenland's children. Premiere 9th September.
Shaky González: 'The silver'. Comedy about three elderly people decide to commit a bank robbery. Director's second film after the maligned vampire film "Night Angel". Premiere 10thSeptember.
Susanne Bier: 'Vengeance'. Bier's upcoming film has Trine Dyrholm, Mikael Persbrandt and Ulrik Thomsen in the leading roles and are busy both in Sudan and in Denmark.
Erik Clausen: 'Freedom on trial ". The people dear director and actor Erik Clausen brews more to the story of the threadbare prison prisoner John from his last film 'Accompanied output.

Kenneth Kainz 'Therapy' - the debut film about a couple's extreme attempts to couples therapy where the therapist Søren Pilmark moves into the couple's basement. Premiere 25th February.
